Child Loss is a unique kind of grief

Let's face it, losing a child is not like losing a grandparent,

or a spouse, or a pet. Yet many grief supports are so general.

Most grief resources don't speak to the secondary losses that parents face and often can make a mother feel

more depressed and disconnected.

We often don't know where to begin

While there are thousands of books written to help us raise a child, there are very few that tell us what to do when we lose a child.

There is no 'manual' for this kind of tragedy, but

proper resources and support can go a long way.

I knew early on that I did not want to stay stuck in my grief.

I had a son and husband to help and to live for.

I promised myself that I would learn to live again and find happiness...and I have.

I want you to find peace and happiness too.

You can still live a good life that is full and happy. I want to show you how I have been able to find happiness and joy again.

It is possible.

And I want this for you too.
